This monster is taking Coach Goblin/Second Goblin into a different dimension, as said in D.D. Trainer. D.D. Trainer hints that D.D. Crazy Beast becomes tamed by this same Goblin as the Goblin tries to survive in the alternate dimension.
Previously Official Rulings
"D.D. Crazy Beast's" effect is applied at the end of the Damage Step, removing the destroyed monster from play instead of sending it to the Graveyard.
If "D.D. Crazy Beast" attacks an Attack Position monster with the same ATK and both monsters are destroyed, "D.D. Crazy Beast's" effect is not applied.
Divine Wrath: You can activate “Divine Wrath” during the Damage Step because it is a Counter-Trap, so you may activate it to negate the effect of “D. D. Crazy Beast”
