OCG Rulings
You can only Special Summon "Archfiend Commander" by the method described in its text once per turn. Therefore, even if the Special Summon of "Archfiend Commander" is negated by "Solemn Judgment", you cannot Special Summon another "Archfiend Commander" by the method described in its text during the same turn.: If a player Special Summon "Archfiend Commander" by the method described in its text, but the Summon is negated by "Solemn Judgment", can another "Archfiend Commander" be Special Summoned that way during the same turn?
Even if the effect of "Skill Drain" is being applied when "Archfiend Commander" is Special Summoned by the method described in its text, it will not be able to attack this turn.: While the effect of "Skill Drain" is being applied, if "Archfiend Commander" is Special Summoned by the method described in its text, can that "Archfiend Commander" attack this turn?
